Terms of Service — Hop!Jobs

1. Nature of the service

Hop!Jobs is a technical platform for posting and finding short-term job listings. We are NOT a temp agency and we are NOT the employer of candidates.

2. Process and formation of contract

Advertisers pay to publish a listing. Candidates apply freely through the platform. Any employment contract or agreement is formed directly between the advertiser and the candidate; Hop!Jobs is not a party to such contracts.

3. Payment & refunds

The price for publishing a listing is €9.90. Payments are processed by a third-party provider. No refund is due if no candidate applies, except at our discretion as a commercial gesture.

4. Liability

Hop!Jobs provides the platform as a technical service only. We are not responsible for candidate behaviour, the quality of the work performed, or the employer's failure to pay wages.

5. Prohibited content

It is prohibited to publish illegal, discriminatory, defamatory or fraudulent content. Listings violating these rules may be removed, moderated or reported to the competent authorities.

6. Disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Walloon Brabant (Brabant Wallon) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute related to the use of the service.

8. Updates

Hop!Jobs may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be published on the site and take effect as indicated.
