Privacy Policy — Hop!Jobs

1. Candidates' data
We collect for candidates: first name, last name, email, phone and CV (PDF). When a candidate clicks 'Apply', these details (including the CV) are transmitted to the advertiser for the purpose of enabling the match.
2. Advertisers' data
For advertisers we collect email and billing details necessary for payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; Hop!Jobs does not store card numbers.
3. Purposes & legal bases
Data is used only for the purpose of connecting candidates and advertisers for the specific listing (performance of a contract and legitimate interests). We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, portability and objection. To exercise your rights contact us at contact@inexi.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
5. Retention
CVs and application data are deleted after the listing is disabled or expires. Billing data is retained as required by applicable law (e.g. accounting).
6. Security & transfers
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. When transfers outside the EU are required, we put appropriate safeguards in place.
